What if it's raining on the day?

We offer wet weather cancellation which is free of charge but we do need to be informed before your agreed delivery time slot by telephone.
What if it's really windy on the day?
​
Unfortunately if the forecast does predict gusts of winds up to and over 20-24mph then it is unsafe to set up inflatables outside and we do reserve the right to cancel the hire of your inflatable as the safety of the children must always come first.
